Is it not the same Plex app that runs on TV's, on Windows, and on Mac?įYI the Plex-Media-Player application and the new replacement, the Plex-htpc app, both use the same shortcuts for Fullscreen toggle - but the new 'Plex for Windows/Mac/Linux' has removed the option for switching 'TV/Server' layout. So how can you NOT be talking about 'plex-htpc' when that IS the Plex player for Windows/Mac/Linux? or are you discussing the SERVER, which does not have a GUI, but runs in a browser window - in which case F11 would be the correct shortcut to render it fullscreen according to the window manager you use. The NEW application is Plex-htpc, with the curvy logo, as seen on smart TV's. Plex-Media-Player is the (now) old player, developed from XBMC player. ![]()
